- Registration guideline for presenter
1) Pre Registration
Before you register, you must create your own account in order to access the link for registration and submit your documents. To create an account, please use
your email address as username and password must be at least 8 characters (any combination of alphabets and/or numbers). When your account is generated, a reply email will be automatically sent to your email address for verification.
After you register, the conference secretariat will check your registration information and you will receive the registration notice via email. If you do not receive the registration notice from us, please contact our conference secretariat at e-mail: gtbms.cmubs@gmail.com . These emails are automatically generated, so you may sometimes find them in spam mail or in the promotions box.
You can also track your registration status by clicking “REGISTRATION STATUS”, entering your username and password, your status will then appear when you log in the conference system.
2) Submission of manuscript
Please prepare the manuscript according to the proceeding template (see Proceeding template). Please upload your manuscript here.
The full version needs to be submitted in the system as soon as possible, but not later than September 3, 2023.
Note: Oral presentation in English only, the article should be done in the right format (subject to meeting scope and quality requirements) and not exceed more than 8 pages if need to be submitted for inclusion into.
3) Notification of acceptance
The register will receive the notification of acceptance not later than Sep 15, 2023. The author may be given the opportunity to revise it in accordance with the reviewer comments. The author will receive a letter from the editor.
4) Registration and Payment
After you receive the notification of acceptance, the conference secretariat will send you the notification of payment invoice, respectively, via email.
The registration fee is based on your participant category, payment period, submission category, and/or discount (if applicable).

5) Submission of final revised manuscript
For the final revision needs to return in the system not later than Sept 15, 2022.
6) Official acceptance notification letter
In case your submission is accepted, the Editor will send the acceptance letter to the corresponding author by Sept 30, 2023
7) Presentation schedule and presentation material submit
